     How to Take Care of Your Wigs & Hair Extensions

    Step 1

    Detangle Gently

    • Always brush or comb your wig/extensions with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the ends and working your way up. Do this before and after each wear.

    STEP 2

    Wash with Care

    • Wash every 8–10 wears (or as needed). Use sulfate-free, gentle shampoo in cool or lukewarm water. Avoid scrubbing gently swish the hair.

    STEP3

     Condition & Rinse

    • Apply conditioner mid-length to ends only. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid the roots if it's a wig.

    STEP4

    Air Dry

    • Pat dry with a towel no wringing or rubbing. Place on a wig stand or hang to air dry. Avoid blow drying unless the hair is heat friendly.

    2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept exchanges on items that are:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Lace untrimmed
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery

    If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days.

    3. How do I care for my wig or hair extensions?

    Gently detangle before washing, use sulfate-free products, and allow the hair to air dry. Avoid sleeping or showering with them on, and store them in a silk or satin bag when not in use. (Check our full care guide for more details!)

    4. How long will my wig or extensions last?

    With proper care, human hair wigs and extensions can last 6 months to over a year. Lifespan depends on usage, styling frequency, and your maintenance routine.

    5. Can I wear my wig or extensions while swimming or working out?

    While it’s possible, we don’t recommend swimming with wigs or extensions as chlorine and saltwater can damage the hair and lace. For workouts, opt for glueless or secure styles, and always clean and dry the hair properly afterward to maintain quality and freshness.
